How we handle your information
CTTX Services (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the personal information you give us. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, email us, phone us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the site location you want connected, and what the connection must carry. Our website form also records where your visit came from (for example a search engine, a shared link or an advert) so we know which channels bring enquiries. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not sell or rent your information.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, assess whether a link can be engineered to your site, prepare a survey or a proposal, and deliver and support the infrastructure you order. Where you tick the consent box we may also contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who sees it
CTTX staff and contractors working on your enquiry. Where a carrier service forms part of the solution, the site location is shared with the carrier to confirm feasibility. Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-processing service and stored in our mailbox and project files.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are working on your request and for the period required by South African law for business records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not proceed.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@cttx.co.za or phoning 041 371 1089. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
